Please find below some more detailed information on our management team:

Andy Cattrell, Director

Andy spent the early part of his career working as a programmer for various banking organisations. Following this he set up his own gaming consultancy business, where he was mainly engaged by Stan James. In 2002, Andy recognised there was a major opportunity in developing and supplying content to the new world of egaming, and started Realistic Games.

Andy Harris, Commercial Director

Andy has almost two decades’ worth of experience working in senior operational roles for both the retail betting and egaming industries. Following the completion of a graduate training programme with the Rank Group, he moved into management at Grosvenor Casinos, before rising to become Head of Business Development at Rank Interactive. He then moved to Bet Victor to oversee their Casino and Games operation, and subsequently became Director of Gaming at Ladbrokes. After then running a successful gaming consultancy business, he became Commercial Director at Realistic Games in 2012. He has since secured partnerships with some of the industry’s leading operators, helping Realistic Games establish itself as one of Britain’s pre-eminent games content providers.

Jason Hopkins, IT Director

Jason began his career with the AA and moved on to work for Hewlett Packard. He then decided to go back into education as a mature student and achieved a degree in Software Engineering. In his final year at university he developed a content management system for Instant Business, which allowed the company to win contracts with the FA and Stoke City. Jason stayed with Instant Business following graduation, before moving into IT contracting, where he gained experience in a wide variety of business areas. In 2007, he began contracting for Realistic Games, designing and building the ReGaL system. His significant impact within the business led to him being appointed IT Director in 2011.
