Core Information

Overall Responsibility

The candidate would work closely with the Head of Creative and the Product Teams, being responsible for:

  • Designing and developing software to assist the Head of Creative in developing new game concepts
  • Create and play-test full game mathematics
  • Create detailed game specification documents for both software and regulatory testing
  • Perform peer review of technical specification documentation
  • Provide assistance to the testing and development teams
  • Make suggestions for improving our game statistics development proces


Required Skills and Experience:

The following demonstrable skills and experience are required:

  • Thorough knowledge of C++ or C# and developing applications for the Microsoft Windows platform, including developing DLLs
  • Good knowledge of mathematical modelling & statistics
  • Must be able to use own initiative and work to deadlines
  • Ability to follow projects through from start to finish
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a very formal approach to coding standards
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbally as well as in writing
  • Willing to work hard and learn new skills as required 


Desirable Skills and Experience:

The following skills and experience are desirable:

  • Graduate with a Statistics, Mathematics, Mathematical Modelling or similar degree
  • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong organisational skills
  • An interest in gaming, ideally slot machines

Core Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 (except Bank Holidays)
